Outdoor & Indoor Mushroom Ceremonies
Danielle has been working in the psychedelic space for 12 years, and during that time, she has had the honor to work under 3 different medicine women. Danielle has a deep connection with mushrooms, and she is honored to provide this medicine to the community, and to have the ability to create a healing space to experience the medicine’s power.

Danielle's role in ceremony is to create and hold a safe and supportive environment for a deep journey with the medicine. Most indoor ceremonies are no more than 6 participants and outdoor ceremonies are no more than 10 participants, so everyone gets the support they need. For each ceremony Danielle will have 2 to 3 assistants to help hold safe space, along with contributing to creating music throughout the night. Even though these are group ceremonies, participants do not talk with one another while in ceremony, so each person may do their own individual work.

The ceremonies begin in the early evening and go late into the night. In the morning, after resting, we conclude with a sharing circle to help reflect on, and process the experience. All ceremonies are located in Arcata.

**There will be two feminine centered ceremonies during the winter season supported by Danielle, Laura Johnson and Misha. They will be inside a yurt on rural Arcata land. Co-ed outdoor ceremonies will resume again in late spring/early summer**

Tier 1 $333 - Supported rate: Those with limited income or facing financial hardship.
Tier 2 $444 - Sustainer rate: Covers true cost of the offering. Choose this if you have a steady income and can meet your basic needs.
Tier 3 $555 - Supporter rate: For those with more financial flexibility. Paying at this level helps to subsidize others and supports wider accessibility.

Personal ceremonies:
These ceremonies are similar to the community ceremonies but more catered towards your needs. Both 1on1 and group ceremonies will be on a rural property in Arcata either in a yurt or outside around a fire. For group ceremonies 3 or larger, I will have 1 to 2 helpers to assist with music and to hold space.

July 2024 ceremony
I was inspired to sign up for a personalized, individual program with Danielle and, finally, for a big Dose session. I will tell you about the first big dose overnight: Danielle met with me individually beforehand, providing guidance and support (what/when to eat, some things to expect). On the day of, the location was perfect and the other participants were wonderful. The ceremony itself was deep, whimsical, soothing and profound. There were at least four support guides for seven or so guests. There were intentions, mantras, poetry, being, alter offerings, Reiki, candle, fairy lights, all sorts of sound healing instruments. I had visions and visitations, receiving all messages meant for me. I have attended one more overnight ceremony with feelings of great satisfaction and even delight.

I don’t think that I can easily put into words how much Danielle has done for her clients (including myself) and for the community at large in Humboldt County. Danielle is truly an expert in working with mushroom medicine. I had been interested in using mushrooms as part of my healing for a few years before I found her--and I am so glad I waited. This was my first experience with macrodosing and I was a bit nervous, but Danielle did a great job preparing me for what to expect--not only at the ceremony, but in the weeks before and after.
It is honestly hard to put into words what I experienced at the mushroom ceremony. For years, I had felt like many parts of me were 'stuck.' In order to stay within the guidelines of the resolution that decriminalized entheogens in Arcata the mushrooms are a gift, and the donation covers the cost of the ceremony. To honor the resolution, mushrooms cannot be gifted to anyone under 21 years of age.

Please be aware, it is unsafe to do large doses of mushrooms if you have a personal history of schizophrenia. There are certain medications that cannot be safely mixed with large doses of mushrooms. This will be part of the screening process. If you have had heart surgery or have any heart valvular disorder it can be dangerous to take large doses of mushrooms.
