These are educational events to give guidance and support on your microdosing journey.

Please be aware, if you have a personal history of schizophrenia microdosing is not advised because it can cause more harm than good. If you are currently taking lithium or tramadol it is not advisable to microdose. Mixing these can cause seizures. If you are currently on an SSRI, SNRI, or MAOI please be aware of the potential of serotonin syndrome. While microdosing with psilocybin mushrooms this is extremely rare, but still important to be educated about. Thank you for being responsible.

Mushroom Cultivation Workshop with Dave from North Coast Myco

Saturday March 7th noon to 3pm

I will be organizing a mushroom cultivation workshop for Dave from North Coast Myco, who will generously share his skills and mastery with us. This is not a beginner 101 workshop - I recommend that you have some prior experience with cultivation, or at least some familiarity with the basics, so the material can truly land. Dave teaches at a fast pace and covers a wide range of topics, including how to save your genetics, different grain techniques, and growing methods (tote vs bag). You’ll leave with his ebook for reference, along with your own grow kit to continue your practice at home. The investment for this workshop is $200.
